An absolutely fantastic flower market today and the truck was packed full of excellent flower lines.

Peony Roses yes Peonies are in store now.  Yes they are definitely out of season however we have sourced some through Holland and have imported some premium fresh Peonies into Stems for you to choose from.  Their stately large soft flower heads are an absolute delight and not to be missed for this short season.

Natives are of an excellent quality and variety at present.  We picked up some wonderful 80cm compacta proteas.  They are similar to Pink Ice but have a larger and more significant flower head.

Violets are in which is a sign that we are on the doorstep of winter and the first pickings of the Erlicheer crop arrived in.  Paul from Rosslyn farms had a small supply available for his loyal customers.  These old favourites make a very fragrant addition to the Kitchen simply displayed in an old coffee jar.

Lilly quality both Asiatic and Oriental has been available late but it was comforting to pick up some new crop Robina Orientals.  These full pink Orientals have amazingly strong stems and very large flower heads and will be exceptional value for money at only $19.50 per bunch.  One bunch will last 2-3 weeks

Potted Tulips and Oriental lily plants are an excellent choice for those wanting a living gift.  Once the flowers die the bulbs can be planted out in the garden and will re-flower next year.
