Market Report Thursday 15th October
October 16 2009Chincherinchis made their first apperance at todays market. Grown by Agresta and sons from Cranbourne these bulbed flowers have white flowers with black centers. They are long lasting and make an excellent good value vase of fresh flowers for home. Warratahs continue to be in good supply. The Monbulk region is slowing with the colder Ballarat growers now in full production. We have in store some extremely large and tall red stemmed Warratahs in store today.
The Tulip Garden nursey have produced some first grade Oriental lilies that didn’t make the first grade lenght. They are still 65 cms tall and are super in quality. So we are very excited that we can offer a super special for the next week on these at 2 bunches for $20.
Some lines have finished for the year they include Violets and blushing bride so unfortunatley we will have to wait another 8 months for their return. Rannuncs continue to hold on as this weather remains generally colder than normal.
So treat yourself and get in store or give us a call so we can help you with some blooms today.
