Ballarat florist supports Royal South Street Society 125-year celebrations

Our Ballarat florists are proud to be supporting the Royal Street Society in their 125-year celebrations this year. The Royal Street Society has a long and colourful history with our town – and we like to think our floral installations add extra colour!

The Royal Street Society Eisteddfod is a huge event for Ballarat, featuring an extensive range of theatrical disciplines:

• dance and calisthenics
• instrumental – bands and strings, Chopin, pianoforte, solos
• vocal – contemporary, classical and choral
• debating, speech and drama.

The event is a huge tourist drawcard, with people travelling from far and wide to compete and take in the wonderful spectacle. Running over three months, the Royal Street Society Eisteddfod kicks off with debating heats beginning in late July, through to the final calisthenics competition in October.

As a proud supporter of the event, our Ballarat florists create stunning, one-of-a-kind floral arrangements, displayed throughout the full three-months of competition, including major events and finals.

If you’re travelling to see a friend or loved one compete, you can also send flowers to them on their performance day as a good luck token. Stems Flower Market offers a special service, with delivery available to Her Majesty’s Theatre in Ballarat.
